Find answers to common questions about our antenna products, customization options, technical support, ordering and delivery.

We follow standardized inspection procedures throughout production, from incoming materials to finished products. Mass-produced antennas undergo final testing to help maintain batch consistency and reduce performance differences between samples and bulk orders.

Yes. We provide OEM/ODM customization for frequency bands, gain, dimensions, cable length, connector type and multi-band combinations. Antenna designs can be adapted to limited installation space and different device structures.

Yes. Our in-house RF team and laboratory support electromagnetic simulation, antenna tuning and complete-device RF interference analysis. We develop solutions for 5G, IoT, high-precision positioning and other complex wireless applications.

We operate an in-house production supply chain with flexible production capabilities, allowing sampling, modification and mass-production schedules to be coordinated more efficiently. Standard products may also be supported by available inventory for faster shipment.

Pricing is based on antenna specifications, customization requirements, materials and order quantity. Our in-house production capabilities for RF connectors, coaxial cables and plastic components also help improve cost and supply-chain control.

Yes. We support antenna sampling, modification and rapid prototyping for product development and validation. Samples can be tested and adjusted before moving into mass production.

Yes. Our testing capabilities include anechoic chamber and OTA testing for VSWR, gain, radiation patterns and other RF performance indicators. Standardized test reports can be provided to support product testing and certification requirements.

We use professional RF testing equipment, including microwave anechoic chambers, near-field and far-field antenna test systems, network analyzers and spectrum analyzers. This allows key antenna parameters to be verified through actual testing rather than relying only on nominal specifications.

We provide one-on-one technical communication, debugging guidance and fault troubleshooting throughout the project. Remote technical support is available, and on-site technical collaboration can be arranged when required.

Customized drawings, technical requirements and proprietary antenna solutions should be handled confidentially throughout the project. For projects requiring specific confidentiality or IP protection terms, the relevant requirements can be confirmed before development begins.
