Meet our professional R&D team dedicated to antenna design, RF engineering, product development and next-generation wireless technologies.

Professor at Xi’an Jiaotong University, Doctoral Supervisor, Deputy Director of the Department of Information and Communication Engineering, Director of the Institute of Microwave Engineering and Optical Communication, Member of the Professional Committee of the China Antenna Society, and Member of the Academic Committee of the Key Laboratory of Ultra-High Speed Circuit Design and Electromagnetic Compatibility, Ministry of Education. His research interests encompass novel antenna design and diversity technology, mobile communication microwave radio frequency technology, intelligent radar signal processing, multi-antenna systems and array signal processing, microwave testing theory, and system design. He has led over 30 research projects, including the General Assembly Exploration Project, General Assembly Pre-research Project, National Natural Science Foundation of China, 863 Program, and enterprise cooperation projects, with a total funding of nearly 20 million yuan. He has been granted 14 Chinese invention patents and 1 US invention patent (converted), published over 200 papers, and won 1 second prize for scientific and technological progress at the provincial or ministerial level. Numerous research achievements have been applied in communication equipment and devices.

In 2010, he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Science and Technology from Xi’an Jiaotong University; in 2013 and 2018, he obtained Master’s and Doctoral degrees in Electromagnetic Fields and Microwave Technology from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences and the University of Hong Kong, respectively; since 2019, he has been working at the Institute of Electromagnetics and Information Technology, Xi’an Jiaotong University, with main research areas including antenna theory and design, microwave and millimeter-wave antennas and devices, and electromagnetic metamaterial design and application. He has presided over one Youth Project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, one Special Fund Project of the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, one General Fund Project of the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, one Basic Scientific Research Fund Project of Central Universities, and multiple horizontal projects.

President of Baijinlian Antenna Research Institute, holds a master’s degree from Xi’an Jiaotong University, has 10 years of work experience in the IoT antenna industry, has served as a researcher and designer of IoT antennas multiple times, and has provided high-quality and professional services to multiple listed companies.

Professor at Xi’an Jiaotong University, doctoral supervisor, and Vice President of Baijinlian Antenna Research Institute. He has long been engaged in technological innovation and strategic management research. He has presided over 2 projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, participated as a sub-project leader in 1 key project funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and 1 major project funded by the National Social Science Fund of China, and participated in 7 projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He has provided consultancy and advisory services to many companies such as Haier Group, Baijinlian Wireless, Suzhou Venture Capital (Yuanhe Capital), Shandong Shengrui Transmission Co., Ltd., Northwest Power Grid, and Rainbow Co., Ltd.

Vice President of Baijinlian Antenna Research Institute, holds a master’s degree from Tsinghua University, mainly focuses on research in the fields of multifunctional miniaturized antennas, microwave and millimeter-wave antennas and arrays, ultra-low profile multi-beam antennas, dual-band dual-polarized base station antennas, multi-beam antennas, and ultra-wideband radar antennas.

Vice President of Baijinlian Antenna Research Institute, holds a PhD from Zhejiang University. His main research interests include wearable antennas and devices, compact and small antennas, antenna diversity theory, biological microwave sensors, array antennas, microstrip antennas, patch antennas, etc.

Vice President of Baijinlian Antenna Research Institute, holds a PhD from Dalian University of Technology, and his main research areas include: microwave and millimeter-wave passive components, multifunctional millimeter-wave passive components, microwave and millimeter-wave wireless power transmission, HFSS simulation, and array antennas.

Director of the Office of the Baijinlian Antenna Research Institute, holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Xi’an Jiaotong University. Her primary research interests include antennas, specifically 5G array antennas, MIMO antennas, millimeter-wave antennas, smart antennas, satellite antennas, and BeiDou antennas.

R&D Project Manager at Baijinlian, holds a master’s degree from Shaanxi University of Science and Technology, majoring in Electronic Information Engineering, with a focus on communication engineering, signal and systems, and other related courses. He has served as a technical support personnel for multiple electronic technology companies and possesses many years of work experience in the antenna industry, being familiar with various aspects such as antenna production, assembly, and debugging.

RF development engineer, majoring in electronic information science and technology, with years of experience in antenna design, has a deep understanding of various antenna technologies, is familiar with GTS anechoic chamber system testing methods, and is capable of positioning and analyzing antenna specifications.

He is a senior professional with profound technical expertise and extensive practical experience in the field of wireless antenna simulation. He specializes in the research and application development of linear antenna technology and has achieved remarkable results in antenna design, simulation optimization, project management, and team leadership.

Major in Communication Engineering at Xi’an University of Posts and Telecommunications. Proficient in the design principles and methods of various wireless antennas, capable of independently completing the entire development process from antenna selection, scheme design, parameter optimization to physical production according to different application scenarios and performance requirements. Focused on the research and application of wireless antenna technology, successfully completed multiple development projects covering communication, electronics, Internet of Things, and other fields, making significant contributions to enhancing the wireless communication performance of products.

Majoring in Electronic Information Science and Technology at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, he holds certificates such as the National Computer Rank Examination Level 2 and CET-6. He conducts detailed analysis of existing hardware solutions, proposes improvement suggestions, and enhances product performance and competitiveness. He once served as a hardware engineer at a well-known enterprise in Shanghai, participated in multiple product development projects, led his team to achieve accomplishments and obtain patents, and was also awarded the title of Excellent Employee and highly praised by customers. His work experience is rich and his achievements are remarkable.

A structural engineer with a major in mechanical design, circuit and magnetic circuit, engineering drawing, and other courses, she has been engaged in antenna design work, responsible for the design of drawings and technical parameters of components, and has designed various types and frequencies of antennas.

Test Engineer, responsible for planning, designing, executing, and evaluating antenna reliability tests; arranging test resources and developing test plans based on test requirements and workflows; recording test results, organizing test data and test reports, and continuously tracking test progress and test effectiveness.
